Update from Duravit on the Coronavirus (COVID-19)
COVID-19 Update
Dear Valued Customers,
We thank you for your business and the opportunity to serve you. Duravit values your safety as well as the safety of our employees and customers worldwide. Due to the continuing developments surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are proactively taking steps to ensure we are able continue to safely provide your business with the quality products and superior service you expect from us throughout this uncertain and unprecedented situation.
Currently we do not have any significant process hindrances for our ceramic sanitaryware, bathroom furniture, shower trays, bathtubs, accessories, Sensowash® or faucets. Our local inventories indicate adequate on-hand stock, which will enable us to provide strong logistics service. Our supply chain is not affected at this time. Both the Atlanta and Fontana distribution centers remain open for business.
Duravit has made the difficult decision to suspend nonessential travel and events for the time being. We will continue to monitor and adjust as needed. This may include postponing, rescheduling and cancelling if/when necessary. We have asked many of our employees to work from their homes. Despite our great effort to maintain a high service level, please understand that response times may sometimes be a bit slower than usual.
Please know that we are here to support you through open communication, adaptability, and a coordinated, collaborative effort to combat this unprecedented time through partnership. We invite you to share your thoughts with us over the next few weeks as we look to navigate, in unison, what is an ever-evolving situation.
Our Duluth office currently remains open, and we invite you to reach out to our Inside Sales department if you need any assistance or have questions/concerns: 888-DURAVIT (387-2848) or info@us.duravit.com
We will closely monitor the latest reports from CDC and WHO and communicate updates to our employees and customers as necessary.
Wishing all of our partners health and safety.
